Lowest Rating — ‘C’ — for One Restaurant in Latest Health Inspection Reports

One Darien restaurants received a “C” rating, the worst in the town A-B-C ratings system, in in the six most recently released Health Department inspection reports. Three other establishments were rated “B”, and two more received an “A.” The seven inspection reports released Thursday were based on inspectors’ visits on March 31 to April 4. One Restaurant Gets Its Second ‘C’ Rating in a Row in Latest Health Inspections [UPDATE]

One Darien restaurant that received a “C” rating, the worst in the town A-B-C ratings system, in a March 4 inspection then got a second “C” rating on March 17 in the latest health inspection reports released by the town Health Department. Two other establishments were rated “B”, and two more, “A.” A new restaurant that opened in January received a 95 state score but not a town rating. — see update, below, under the listing for Roost. Two Darien food-serving establishments got a “C” rating, the worst in the town A-B-C ratings system, in the latest health inspection reports released by the town Health Department. Three other establishments were rated “A”, and two “B.” Update, 11:02 a.m.: In addition to the inspections just referred to, Blue Wave Taco was just reinspected on Feb. 22 and received an “A” (more information below). Latest Health Inspection Results from Darien Schools and Food-Serving Establishments

Health inspection ratings ranged from good to fair in the latest town Health Department reports for three more Darien school cafeterias and three food-serving establishments in town. All public school cafeterias in town have been inspected, with none getting below an “A” rating, the best in the town’s A-B-C ratings system (full details from each school cafeteria are shown below).
