We found this recipe for bouillabaisse on this blog post published last February from the Helen Ainson store’s website. Even on one of the hotter days of the year, we think it’s worth reading:

Our talented owner, Erica, not only is a fashion guru, a wiz at running her shoppe for 30+ years, an amazing gardener (we still can’t believe the size of her indoor parsley plant! Ours are dead!), and many, many more talents too long to list! One of her favorite things to do is to cook and entertain. Recently, she had some friends for dinner and made an absolutely delicious pot of her dad’s famous recipe for bouillabaisse.

Who does not like a yummy main dish smothered with white wine (our fave!), garlic, onion, parsley, and the big kahuna, butter! Let’s face it, everything is better with butter and bacon!

Okay, so back to the recipe… This recipe is from Corrie, our talented Fashion Consultant/ Stylist (and professional bra fitter!) who is an amazing cook and loves to share her recipes with us. Corrie is like Wonder Woman; raising younger kids, cooking great meals (after working tons of hours!) but always being the ultimate professional and someone you can trust to make you look fabulous!

This is a season for many of those events so we thought it appropriate to give you some guidance! Lucky you if you are one of those who looks fabulous in just about every photo! For many, having a photo taken is not on our list of favorite things!
