We found this recipe for bouillabaisse on this blog post published last February from the Helen Ainson store‘s website. Even on one of the hotter days of the year, we think it’s worth reading:

Our talented owner, Erica, not only is a fashion guru, a wiz at running her shoppe for 30+ years, an amazing gardener (we still can’t believe the size of her indoor parsley plant!  Ours are dead!), and many, many more talents too long to list!

One of her favorite things to do is to cook and entertain.  Recently,  she had some friends for dinner and made an absolutely delicious pot of her dad’s famous recipe for bouillabaisse.  It was chock full of fish and all kinds of seafood like shrimp, king crab, mussels and clams in a savory broth and served up with crusty bread for dipping and a glass of smooth Chardonnay!

Today we are cooking with Erica and serving up her dad’s bouillabaisse!
