Starting Friday, Dec. 1, Darien police will issue a ticket to any vehicle parked on a public road any time between 2 and 6 a.m., the town Police Department announced.

The parking restriction lasts through March 31.
The parking restriction for colder months was created to allow the town to clear snow from streets. It lasts until March 31.
