Presentation on Getting Enough Sleep from Norwalk Hospital Physicians

This second program presented by Norwalk Hospital and Wilton Library, will cover stress management, sleep disorders and the relationship between the two. The program is the second event in the “Get Well, Stay Well: A health literacy series” presented by the library and the hospital. As Shakespeare had Brutus say in Julius Caesar:
Enjoy the honey-heavy dew of slumber: thou hast no figures nor no fantasies, which busy care draws in the brains of men: therefore thou sleep’st so sound. First, we’ll hear from Michelle Dailey, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Norwalk Hospital’s Whittingham Cancer Center. Ms. Dailey has been a member of the oncology support team there since 1999, providing psychosocial counseling, guidance, and support to patients and their families dealing with the stresses of cancer.
