The Pequot Museum will feature a live 17th century encampment complete with Native American, English, Dutch and French re-enactors showcasing various aspects of daily New England life in the 1600s. Travel back in time at the museum farmstead to experience Native American and European life in the 17th Century! Participate in wampum making, cooking, militia drills, cannon drills, basket making, pottery, archery, lacrosse, children’s games and more. Explore living history displays from the Pequot War (1636-1637) and King Philips War (1675-1677) periods.
