It gives me great pleasure to announce the appointment of Mark Mazzone as assistant principal at Darien High School. Mark will replace Adam Schoenbart, who resigned in July to take a position in Chappaqua. Mark comes to Darien after serving as assistant principal at The Institute for Collaborative Education, a New York City public school, for seven years.  Prior to that Mark served as the Math Department chairperson, math teacher and athletic coordinator and coach, all at The Institute for Collaborative education. Mark graduated from Amherst College with a Bachelor’s [degree] in economics.
