Are you looking for a way to meet new people while volunteering in your community? Twice each year, the Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk, Inc. (JLSN) invites local women to join an internationally recognized organization dedicated to improving communities through the leadership of trained volunteers.

“We represent an area where many people are newcomers, moving to Stamford for work or relocating to our towns to raise their families,” JLSN President Stephanie O’Brien Putnam said. “When you join the Junior League, you’re meeting volunteer-minded women who are all looking for ways to better their community.”

JLSN’s new members participate in a provisional training course that serves as an introduction to JLSN. During this time, new members experience the League through meetings, trainings, social activities, and volunteer opportunities.
