A nighttime bridge maintenance project between Exits 6 and 7 on Interstate 95 in Stamford will close lanes on both sides of the highway, from Monday, Oct. 22 through Friday, Nov. 2, the Connecticut Department of Transportation announced.
The maintenance work will be performed from 8 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday evenings during the two-week period on the highway bridge over Greenwich Avenue in Stamford.
The department also announced these other lane closures for nearby highway projects:
—In Norwalk, between Exits 13 and 16 on both sides of the highway alternating right and left lane closures will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
—In Norwalk and Westport, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, there will be alternating right lane closures on Interstate 95 between Exits 14 and 18.
—In Greenwich, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday on both sides of the highway, between I-95 Exits 4 and 5, there will be alternating right lane closures.
