Helga Trohan, a resident of Darien, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 in town. She was 91.
Helga Trohan, 91, passed away on May 5. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Born on Jan. 9, 1929 in Durach, Bavaria, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Olga (Gast) Feigele.
Helga is survived by three daughters: Patricia Pellingra and her husband, Steve, of Rocklin, California; Inga Bleich and her husband, David, of Columbus, Ohio; and Rebecca Smith of Darien; as well as four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Otto Feigele, and his wife, Louisa, of Kempton, Germany. She was predeceased by her husband, Alexis Trohan, who passed away in 1991.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Burial will be private.
