If you are seeking practical tips and coping strategies for how to make it through the holiday season after a loss, you are invited to attend a workshop for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one.

Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County is leading a workshop from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Dec. 3 in the Rimer Room at Wilton Library at 137 Old Ridgefield Road in Wilton.
