Learn when to hold ’em and when to fold ’em — Darien Library is presenting a five-week class covering the basics of poker and including several different games.
The sessions, starting this Thursday, June 13, run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., each Thursday through July 18.

“Join us as we cover the basics and then play several different poker games including 5 card draw, 7 card stud, Texas Hold ’em (the one you see on TV) — over five weeks. No experience necessary,” the library said in an announcement.

You’ll need to register, here. “Registrants must be able to attend the first four sessions. Week five is play.”
