Carolyn’s Absolutely Fabulous Events once again brings a proper British Tea Room to the Darien Community Association (DCA) on Thursday, Feb. 11 between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.

This Valentine’s Day, grab a friend and treat yourselves to this lovely, quintessential British tea complete with freshly-baked and homemade goodies — heart shapes included of course — while tucked away from the cold in our beautiful historic home.

Enjoy scones with jam and clotted cream, tea sandwiches, and homemade cakes and pastries. Catered by the “fabulous girls” from Carolyn’s Absolutely Fabulous Events, who once again bring a proper British Tea Room to the DCA.
The Tea Room will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the last seating at 2 p.m., and is $30, or $25 for DCA members. Reservations are required for this popular event — by Tuesday, Feb. 9 — and can be made online at dariendca.org or by contacting the DCA at info@dariendca.org/203-655-9050.
