Lecture on ISIS

The public is invited to attend a World Affairs Forum Great Decisions event featuring Dr. Stuart Gottlieb, professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). Gottlieb will speak on “ISIS” at the Greenwich Library on April 25, 2016. Gottlieb teaches courses on American foreign policy, counterterrorism, and international security. He also is a member of Columbia’s Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies, and teaches part-time for New York University’s graduate program in International Relations. Prior to joining SIPA in 2003, Gottlieb worked for five years in the United States Senate, first as senior foreign policy adviser to Senator Charles E. Schumer of New York, and subsequently as policy adviser and chief speechwriter for Senator Christopher J. Dodd of Connecticut.
