About the Presenter

Laurie Marshall is the founder and president of Marshall Law Group, a business designed to help entrepreneurs and small businesses protect their intellectual property—specifically trademarks and copyrights.

Laurie has been a trademark attorney for over 20 years. For 10 years she was Major League Baseball’s in-house counsel. Clients include many Major League Baseball Clubs, the National Basketball Association, Daymond John (Shark Tank) and hundreds of small businesses in a variety of industries.
