There’s been a second arrest for a 16-year-old Darien High School student who was arrested last month when police said he was in a Snapchat video brandishing a gun, police said. This time, the boy was charged in connection with a robbery in New York state, which violated his probation and led to him being taken into custody and sent to the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center, Darien police said. In the previous, unrelated case, the boy was seen on a 10-second video brandishing the gun and making taunts, police said. According to police accounts at the time:

The the school resource officer (a police officer) at Darien High School was made aware of the video, identified the student (although he was wearing a bandana over his face in the video) and spoke with the student in a school office. When the student became combative, he was taken into custody.
