Stress Management for Parents

PARENTS, learn how to reduce your stress so that you may help your child develop healthy coping skills. Alanna Voloshin, LCSW is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and has dedicated the past five years to working with adolescents in the Transitional Living Program at Silver Hill Hospital, and the past year and half working in the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, which are both Dialectical Behavior Therapy based programs.
Upon receiving her Master of Social Work degree from Simmons College, she functioned as a Residential Counselor for the Transitional Living program and after receiving her clinical license became the Program Manager for the Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program. This program is part of the Coffee and Conversations Parent Series and co-sponsored with Silver Hill Hospital. Oct. 20
