The Rotary Clubs of Lower Fairfield County will host a community conversation on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m. at the Stamford Innovation Center, for an important dialogue on refugee resettlement in the United States. How does the United States welcome persecuted people from all over the world? How do we help them start new lives? How does (or doesn’t) it work?
