Two-Day Make-A-Monster Workshop at Darien Arts Center, Oct 22 and 29

Kids ages 8 to 12 can unleash their inner beast and create a cuddly monster at the Make-A-Monster Workshop with Cathleen Hellman at the Darien Arts Center. The two-day workshop takes place from 2 to 4 p.m., Oct. 22 and 29. Participants will design a pattern from imagination and use new sewing skills to bring their creature to life. Projects will go home in time for Halloween decorating.
