This event is intentionally designed to highlight our Lower School, PreK – Grade 5. You will learn about opportunities in and out of the classroom. The “What It Takes” Symposium Series focuses on bringing relevant and important topics to the forefront for youth and high school coaches, parents, school administrators, youth sports organization boards and directors, facility managers, and more! The upcoming April sessions focus on the value of mindfulness in reaching top performance levels in athletics, and all walks of life. Plus, character and leadership development, the positive impact sports and sport participation can provide for our children, physical health and injury prevention strategies and feedback to help keep our athletes going at peak performance levels.
