AAA will conduct a free four-hour class at its newest location, the East Norwalk Association Library, 51 Van Zant Street, East Norwalk on Tuesday, April 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sgt. Ralph Fonseca of the Norwalk Police Department will lead the class.
