Newly found: a snake sliding
Near the drive they call “Lakeside”
No small snake either — a boa
In length, five feet — not much moa. Not native, it must be lost,
(brought here at who knows what cost). (Oh, what’s it been swallowing
Where it’s been wallowing?)
Please check to see if your boa’s gone
And not in your terrarium. One’s at Animal Control
