Tours of the Herb Garden and Fern Allée at Bartlett Arboretum

Linda N. Albanese, an active member of the American Herb Society, with other Master Gardeners responsible for the design and maintenance of the Herb Garden, will be available to discuss specific herbs located in the four quadrants, representing culinary, medicinal, fragrance and economic uses. Following the Herb discussion, there will be a tour of the Alice Smith Fern Allée, recently planted with a variety of native and imported ferns. The tours, together, should last approximately 60 minutes in total. Meet in the front of the Silver Education Center at 4 p.m. The tours are free.
