At Em Sauter’s presentation, you can eat, drink and be informed. But you’ll be at home and you’ll have to buy your pairings.

Attendees will receive a list of recommended beers and cheeses after registering for the event so that they may taste along.

These are the pairings:

  • 1000 day gouda and Black Hog Granola Brown
  • Trader Joe’s brie and Saison Dupont
  • Cave Aged Blue and Double IPA (Two Roads Road 2 Ruin- make sure it’s under six weeks old)
  • Classic Goat Cheese and Weihenstephaner or Paulaner Hefeweizen

All cheeses listed can be found at Trader Joe’s as well as Black Hog Granola Brown and Double IPA (Two Roads Road 2 Ruin).

Attendees can register here, online, for this virtual event.
