Information and Inspiration presentations are virtual gatherings open to all to elevate your knowledge and broaden your intelligence, while also providing an opportunity to connect with others. The Darien Community Association has partnered with authors, business entrepreneurs, and specialists on travel, culture, and the arts.

This online event takes place at 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 6.

About Ami-Lynn Bakshi

Bakshi is co-founder, president and chief operating officer of Cafe Agave, Inc. and Partner in Sono 1420 American Craft Distillers.

Cafe Agave, Inc. is a California-based company whose lead product is Cafe Agave Spiked Cold Brew Coffee. This is a unique-to-market, wine-based, ready-to-drink coffee cocktail in a can that launched in May 2018. She oversees all aspects of the company’s business from operations to sales.

Ami-Lynn is also a partner and business advisor for Sono 1420 American Craft Distillers, a local Connecticut distillery building the country’s first federally legal, cannabis (hemp-derived) alcoholic beverage brand.

The distillery currently uses hemp seed in the mash bills and botanical blends of their products. The company is also active in the non-alcohol CBD space.

As a resident of Norwalk, she is actively involved in the community, serving as the vice president of the board of the Norwalk Senior Center. Ami-Lynn and her husband Jon have two sons.
