The Maritime Aquarium is offering an online program, “Coasts that Shift and Change,” for students in Grades 6-12. The online “virtual program,” using the Zoom website, takes place from 4 to 5 p.m., Monday, April 6.
Rather than charge a set fee, the aquarium is asking participating families for a donation.
From the aquarium’s announcement:
Investigate the science of extreme weather, focusing on hurricanes, storm surge, and erosion; and learn about the importance of living shorelines for coastal protection. Plus, meet the Aquarium animals who make their home in the salt marsh! 60 minutes. Please only register once for your entire family.
