’60 Minutes’ Correspondent Scott Pelley Talks About His Book, ‘Truth Worth Telling’

60 Minutes correspondent and Darien resident Scott Pelley will give a breakfast talk and sign copies of his new book, Truth Worth Telling at Norwalk Community College, starting at 7:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 17.

In the book, Pelley reflects on dramatic, moving, and inspiring encounters in the field, with a perspective on values, ethics, and the importance of telling the truth.
The event is a benefit for Norwalk Community College Foundation. You can buy tickets online, here.
—A VIP Meet and Greet Ticket costs $100 and includes breakfast with Scott Pelley, a signed book and presentation.
—A General Admission Ticket costs $50 and includes breakfast and presentation, with the chance to purchase a signed book at the event from Barrett Bookstore (20% of book sale proceeds benefit Norwalk Community College Foundation).
Deep discounts on tickets are availabale for NCC staff ($25) and students ($5).
The event will be held in the East Campus Atrium and David L. Levinson Theater on the campus of Norwalk Community College, 188 Richards Ave., West Norwalk.
