Darien Fireworks are BACK!
After they were canceled by the pandemic last year, Darien’s fireworks display returns to the high school campus on Thursday, July 15. The rain date is Thursday, July 22.
Darien residents can buy the $30 parking permit tickets online or at Town Hall in order to be able to use one of the 375 parking spaces available at the high school, or you can walk in for free and don’t even need to be a town resident.

The event will include delicious local food truck options. We encourage families to BYOP (bring your own picnic) as well!
Live music will also be provided prior to the start of the fireworks by local artist Kenny Weiss! This year, we will again offer a sensory-friendly location for viewers.
Gates for the event open at 6:30 p.m. Please direct any questions to the Parks and Recreation Department at (203) 656-7325 and we look forward to seeing you on July 15!
Parking passes are $30.
Whether bought online or in person, availability of passes is limited and they may sell out.
IN PERSON: Parking passes will be on sale online and at the Parks & Recreation Department at Town Hall starting Wednesday, July 7 and, if they don’t sell out, no later than Wednesday, July 14. As a reminder, Town Hall is open for business Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., each day.
ONLINE: To purchase your parking pass online, please visit www.darienct.gov/fireworks. Please note that all parking passes, including those purchased online, require in-person pick-up by Wednesday, July 14.
