Teens Can Take FREE Carnegie Prep Practice ACT, SAT Tests at Depot

Carnegie Prep’s practice SATs and ACTs are open to any student who wants to take a practice test in a simulated testing environment. For those who register, there’s a test scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6 at the Depot Youth Center. — an announcement from the Depot, with additional information from the Carnegie Prep website. Fun fact: When Andrew Carnegie spent a few summers in Darien about 120 years ago, he’d stop at the Noroton Heights station, get out of his private train car and get in a waiting horse and carriage, about where the Depot is now.
