Wellness expert Pilin Anice returns to Grace Farms for a movement and meditation course for pre-teen and teen girls, ages 8 to 13.

In this empowering interactive workshop, held on Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., girls practice mindfulness and self-expression to discover the power of their voices and bodies.

Grace Farms is at 365 Lukes Wood Road, New Canaan.

Pilin Anice, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, is a yoga, dance, and meditation instructor, wellness expert, and model. Passionate about helping others connect to their highest self, she has guided students of all ages in the sacred movements of yoga and dance through a range of workshops and classes for over a decade.

Pilin has studied with masters of West African dance, Dunham Technique, and African Diasporic dances of Haiti, Cuba, and Brazil for nearly 20 years. A Kripalu trained yoga instructor, Anice has appeared on Good Morning America, The Today Show, BET/CentricTV, and YogaXpress. Known for infusing joy and connection in her classes, she teaches internationally at locations like the Omega Institute, 1440 Multiversity, Dubai Yoga Fest, and SoulFEST. She is an instructor at the Ailey Extension in New York City and has been featured in the New York Times and SELF magazine.

A certified wellness coach, Anice is a go-to expert on plant-based wellness through pregnancy and beyond and is the creator of oMMM Life, a platform for nourishing families.
