A woman told police that when she entered a house on “upper” (as police described it) Hollow Tree Ridge Road, she found a desk drawer open and a rear window smashed, with glass scattered on the floor.
The break-in was discovered and police were called on Tuesday morning, Jan. 30. The woman said the house had been unoccupied for the previous five days.
Police did not say whether or not anything had been stolen.
Police went through the home and found that the master bedroom had been disturbed. Police detectives went too the house to start an investigation which is still continuing.
