Police: After Burglar Alarm Goes Off, Man’s Voice Heard Outside Bedroom Door
|
When Liam Flaherty visited a Darien home on Tuesday, Aug. 22, an alarm went off and police were told an unwanted person was inside the home. It was 4:50 a.m.
Police gave this further account, including accusations not proven in court:
Flaherty, 28, was sitting on a bench in the back of the house on Robin Hood Lane. He admitted that he’d entered the home and the burglar alarm was immediately activated. After a previous incident, police had advised Flaherty not to return to the residence.
