Trivia Night Fundraiser Benefiting Child Abuse Prevention, April 30 at The Goose

If you like Trivia and can form a team of at least two family members, friends or anyone good at trivia games, you’re invited to “Trivia for a Cause” night at The Goose restaurant on Tuesday, April 30.

The cause for this event and a string of others happening elsewhere in Fairfield County is to support at-risk children and increase visibility of National Child Abuse Prevention Awareness month.

At each event your team will get five rounds of trivia challenges, from general and current trivia to specialty trivia, a challenge involving a picture and ending with a high-energy music round.

Tickets are $25 per person to play, with up to six players per team. Attendees can enjoy food and drinks through Help For Kids’s restaurant partners during the event. Plus, there will be free raffles and prizes throughout the night.

The games are organized by Rock Paper Scissors Custom Events, a national company that runs similar trivia nights.

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and continues to 9 p.m. on Tuesday April 30 at The Goose restaurant at 972 Post Road in Darien.

Tickets, available here, are $25 per person to play, with at least two players and up to six per team.

About Help For Kids CT

Based in Stamford, Help for Kids CT was set up to help protect children from child abuse and neglect,while building stronger, more resilient, loving families.

The mission of the nonprofit Exchange Club Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse of Southern CT, doing business as Help for Kids, is to provide education and support services to families in Fairfield County that strengthen parenting and life skills of  parents and caregivers and to improve the health, wellbeing and safety of children.
