Police: Darien Woman, 51, Drove Away After Hitting Car, Drove Over Front Lawn

A 51-year-old Darien woman driving a Mini Cooper hit another car on Hoyt Street and was followed by the other driver as she drove to her home on Revere Road — where she drove over the front lawn before parking in the driveway, police said. Police gave this account, including accusations not proven in court:
The incident happened on Friday, Dec. 8. Police applied for and, on Jan. 5, received an arrest warrant, and the woman, Jennifer Brown, turned herself in at Police Headquarters on Thursday, Jan.
