Bruce Ho, senior advisor, Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will speak in Wilton and online via Zoom.com about offshore wind power in Connecticut. With two projects underway and two more planned, Connecticut ranks among the top 10 states nationwide for offshore wind power development. Prior to his post at Connecticut DEEP, Ho was a senior advocate in the climate and clean energy at the National Resources Defense Council. Ho will be speaking April 10 at a meeting of the Humanists and Freethinkers of Fairfield County. The program starts at 7 p.m., with refreshments served at 6:30 p.m.
