After bravely battling metastatic melanoma, Judy passed away at Yale New Haven Hospital at the youthful age of 84, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.  She was the beloved daughter of Vincent C. Kilmartin Jr. With Don by her side, Judy’s heart became firmly anchored in Noroton Bay, where she spent more than 40 years developing life-long friendships and was honored with the title, “Queen of the Bay.”
