Many of you know me for my decades working in the Darien schools. Schools are strongest when everyone works together.

As a current Board member, Mike Burke provides historic board and parental perspectives. Darien needs Mike for his continued steady and wise council.
As a parent, former president of the CDSP and Chair of the Holmes School PTO, Sara Parent has been actively engaged in the Board of Education for years. The fact that she led both groups demonstrates her ability to build consensus and bring people together.
Recently, there have been efforts to divide our community with attacks on Board of Education members and educators over the flexible hybrid school re-entry plan created to put students’ education first while addressing everyone’s safety. Don’t fall for those efforts.
Join me in voting for Mike Burke and Sara Parent for Board of Education.
