Two nighttime prowlers were all dressed up in black but apparently with no place to rob when two residents of Lynn Court each were woken up by their security devices — a security camera and a dog.
Police gave these accounts:
Just before 1:10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25, a man was woken up by his growling dog. The man looked outside, where he saw two people in his driveway who seemed to be looking into one of his vehicles.
He went to the front door and called out to them. In response, the two ran off.
Nothing was missing from the vehicle. Police checked the area, but didn’t find anyone.
At about 1:15 p.m. that same night on Lynn Court, a woman woke up and noticed an alert on her phone from her security camera. Reviewing the recording, she saw two people, dressed all in black, in her driveway at about 1:05 a.m.
One person entered her unlocked vehicle. Nothing was reported missing.
