There’s so much to celebrate now that spring has finally arrived! Fresh air, beautiful flowers, vibrant new grass and the sounds of happy children at play.

The Town of Darien comes alive in the spring with folks of all ages eager to get outside to enjoy our parks, beaches, walking, biking, youth and high school sports and some good ol’ neighborhood fun.

Please remember to drive slowly and with keen awareness for our children walking to school, riding bikes and playing outside.

Take an important moment to remind your teen drivers to be mindful of driving slowly around town as well. If we all make this our mission, Darien will be a safer and more child, pedestrian and bike-friendly place to live.
