Acclaimed best-selling author, nutritionist, and James Beard Award winner, Ellie Krieger, will visit Darien Library on Thursday, Oct. 17 to talk about her new cookbook, WHOLE IN ONE: Complete, Healthy Meals in a Single Pot, Sheet Pan, or Skillet.

Krieger will talk in the Community Room of the library from 7 to 8 p.m. Books will be available for purchase courtesy of Barrett Bookstore.

She has received two James Beard Foundation awards and an International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) award, and she is a two-time New York Times bestselling author.

In addition, she holds a degree in clinical nutrition from Cornell and a master’s degree in nutrition from Columbia.

She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.
