Cultural organizations and tourism attractions across the state are opening their doors today, Saturday, June 9, inviting Nutmeggers to discover or rediscover Connecticut’s art, history, film and tourism with a variety of special visitor incentives.
The one-day statewide event is designed to showcase Connecticut’s diverse world of history, art, and tourism.
The unique one-day event is part of a broad state initiative that began in 2005. The event is coordinated by the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism.
