A man told police that someone entered his SUV, which had broken locks, when it was parked overnight at a shopping center parking lot in town.

The man parked the 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the lot at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 9. He returned to the shopping center at 25 Old King’s Highway North at about 9 a.m. the next day.

A wallet, including the debit and credit cards in it, was stolen. The wallet had been in the center console.

An iPhone 5c was also gone. It had been under a seat in the car.
