Oct 21: Fourth U.S. Congressional District Debate
—Sunday, Oct. 21, 4 to 5:30 p.m. Clune Performing Arts Center at Wilton High School 395 Danbury Road, Wilton.
Debate between U.S. Rep. Jim Himes, a Democrat, and Harry Arora, the Republican candidate.
Voter registration will be available prior to the event.
Sponsored by Connecticut League of Women Voters and co sponsored by the Leagues of Women Voters of Bridgeport, Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Redding, Ridgefield , Stamford, Westport and Weston, the event is hosted by the Wilton LWV with support from Wilton High School Model Congress.
Tuesday, Oct 30: Candidates’ Night, Darien Town Hall
The reception begins at 6:30 p.m.; the program, at 7 p.m.
The program will focus on Candidates for State Senate, Districts 25 and 27 and State House of Representatives, District 141 and 147, as well as the local ballot.
