MTA Asks Riders to Take a 15-Minute Survey to Improve Service

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is asking customers to fill out a survey to help improve service. The MTA includes Metro-North and New York subways and buses. Here’s the announcement:
Help us improve your commute! The MTA is conducting the Spring 2024 Customers Count survey and we want to hear from you! The new, streamlined survey will help us improve service for all of our customers.
