The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is asking customers to fill out a survey to help improve service. The MTA includes Metro-North and New York subways and buses.

Here’s the announcement:

Help us improve your commute!

The MTA is conducting the Spring 2024 Customers Count survey and we want to hear from you! The new, streamlined survey will help us improve service for all of our customers.

You can rate your satisfaction with up to two MTA services you use. When you finish the survey, you can choose to be entered into a drawing to win a $50 OMNY gift card. You’ll be entered once for every service you rate. It takes about 10-15 minutes to rate a service.

Take the survey now. [Editor’s note: We’ve deleted a sentence about which languages can be used in the survey—it contains letters difficult to reproduce on Darienite.com. If you want to see that sentence, it’s here.]

To ensure confidentiality, the MTA has hired WBA Research to conduct the online survey. Read WBA’s privacy policy; for the drawing rules, please visit our website.

Thank you, as always, for riding with us.
