Frank has appeared on Broadway in The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Cats, Big: The Musical, Jekyll and Hydeand Saturday Night Fever.  

Off Broadway, National Tour and concert credits include Tapestry: The Music of Carol King (Union Square Theatre), Cats, Les Miserables, Evita, Mamma Mia, Kismet (City Center Encores) and South Pacific, Show Boat and Kristina (all at Carnegie Hall). Frank has performed at the Long Wharf Theatre (New Haven), The Old Globe Theatre (San Diego) The Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma (Oklahoma City) and The Royal Albert Hall (London).
