Methodist Family Center Preschool will hold its first-ever Shopping Morning for friends and family of the school on Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 8:30 to 12 noon.
Eleven designers will bring the best of their collections in support of our school.

Vendors include Annabelle’s Collection, Beauty Counter, Coco & Lala, JeaJea Sport, KVO Collection, MerriMane, Monogram Mary, Neelah Cashmere, Pearl Street Swim, Sail to Sable, and Scout and Cellar Organic Wines.

MFCP Shopping Morning is on Oct. 23.
This thoughtfully curated designer offering has something for everyone on your list! 20% of proceeds will go directly to the school to help fund the creation of an organic garden that will enhance our Science and Cooking Enrichment programs.
“We have a courtyard area between the church and preschool that would be a perfect site for a garden that can be looked after, in part, by our children,” said MFCP Director Laurie Anderson.
“Gardening with young children helps their development by connecting them to the natural world, engaging their senses, teaching responsibility and patience, and encouraging healthy eating habits,” Anderson said. “However, perhaps the best part is the joy they find while being outside in the dirt!”
What: MFCP Shopping Morning (open to all friends and family of MFCP) When: Wednesday, October 23rd from 8:30am – 12pm
Where: Darien United Methodist Church atrium at 345 Middlesex Road, Darien
Cost: This is a free event with 20% of proceeds going to the school.
No advance registration is necessary.
