A team of producers of Darien’s Got Talent are preparing for the Darien Art Center’s popular talent contest, which returns on June 25. Registration for the event begins Monday, April 11.

The fundraising event for the DAC features prizes for adults and children, and accomplished entertainment industry professionals as judges for the auditions and finals.

Contestants ages 10 and over, can enter alone or as part of a group, to sing, dance, play an instrument or perform any other talent in the competition. Acapella groups, garage bands and dance ensembles are welcome.

Registration for auditions opens on April 11 at darienarts.org and remains open until May 9. Auditions will be held on May 21 and 22 at the DAC Weatherstone Studio. The Darien Arts Center is located at 2 Renshaw Road in Darien, behind the Town Hall.

Founded in 1975, the Darien Arts Center (DAC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing visual and performing arts programs and events for the community. The DAC offers educational programs in Dance, Visual Arts, Music & Theatre, & special events & live theatre performances by DAC Stage.
