Darien Police Officer Louis Moura has partnered with Holmes School in a book drive for Cesar Batalla School in Bridgeport.

Moura, a former Bridgeport police officer and current school liaison officer to Holmes School, learned of this opportunity and immediately petitioned the Police Department for assistance.
Moura has worked with Holmes School Librarian and Student Council Advisor Dyan Gonzales, who began the effort under the direction of the Student Council.
The books will be delivered to Cesar Batalla School on May 6.
