— an obituary from Edward Lawrence Funeral Home
For 25 years, Lynn taught preschool at Playland Nursery School in New Canaan. She loved teaching the children as well as learning from them. She cherished the many enduring friendships she made with her colleagues.
Lynn loved books and, in her memory, she requested that you read to a child and donate to your local library instead of sending flowers. We will all miss her kind nature and welcoming smile. She was loved by all who knew her.
Her family wishes to thank her primary caregiver Ann Marie Turner.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 18 at the Edward Lawrence Funeral Home, 2119 Post Road, Darien.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 19, at St. John Roman Catholic Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk.
